GS Caltex CEO to receive award for Korea’s Trade Day

GS Caltex said Thursday that its CEO and Vice Chairman Huh Jin-soo will be one of five recipients of the Gold Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit at Korea’s Trade Day on Friday.

To celebrate the 51st anniversary of Trade Day, the Korea International Trade Association will honor 822 businessmen for their efforts to increase exports. The Gold Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit is the top honor for individuals. Huh, 61, will be recognized for his contributions to the nation’s economy over the past 30 years.

LG Display CEO Han Sang-beom and Green Cross CEO Cho Sun-tae will also receive the award.
