CrossFit Sentinel hosts “Midnight Flow” on Dec. 26 at IFC Mall in Yeouido, western Seoul, where people can dance, work out and mingle. Provided by the brand

Do you want to party but worry about skipping out on your exercise regime? You won’t need to choose between the two for at least one day with a workout that’s bound to get your body moving.

Sports brand Reebok’s CrossFit Sentinel gym is hosting “Midnight Flow” on Dec. 26 where 80 participants can stretch their bodies to live DJ music.

The yoga session, which will include more active moves than can be found in a typical class, will be conducted in a dark studio where participants can wear luminous bracelets or neon glow paint for additional fun.

The session starts at 10:30 p.m. and will last for about two hours.

After you burn some calories from dancing and yoga, you can rehydrate yourself with the drinks and snacks that will be prepared for participants and share tips on fun events around the city or any upcoming New Year’s Eve parties.

Guests will also receive the chance to win free goods in a lucky drawing. Prizes include free membership to CrossFit Sentinel programs or gift vouchers to restaurants.

The event is held at the Reebok CrossFit Sentinel studio at the IFC Mall in Yeouido, western Seoul. The participation fee is 25,000 won ($22).
