Jun Ji-hyun wins big at SBS awards
The 34-year-old actress earned the grand prize, the best couple award, the top 10 star award and the producer’s award.
“This is all thanks to my amazing partner Kim Soo-hyun,” Jun said during her acceptance speech.
In the drama series, Jun plays A-list actress Cheon Song-yi.
Jun and Kim were paired up in “My Love From the Star,” which became a sensation early last year at home and abroad.
Kim also received the best actor award along with other multiple prizes. He wept at one point in his acceptance speech while thanking the people who assisted him during the drama’s production.
Jun has already signed on her next project, a film titled “Assassination.” She will reunite with director Choi Dong-hun, who produced her previous hit “The Thieves” (2012).
