SPC Group, a retail group that owns the country’s largest franchise bakery, Paris Baguette, is set to strengthen its coffee business by launching its own beans brand, Cafe Adagio.

Paris Baguette will sell coffee brewed from its new beans, which will be sourced directly from suppliers. Prices of the coffees will run from 2,500 won ($2.30) to 3,500 won.

During the promotional period between Jan. 22 and Feb. 21, an Americano will retail for 1,500 won.
