Hitting 100

After controversy about its safety, Lotte World Tower in Songpa District, southern Seoul, began construction of its 100th floor Saturday. By March 23, when the floor is completed, the building will be the first in Korea to surpass 100 stories. When completed in 2016, the 123-floor, 555-meter-high building will be the sixth-tallest in the world. [NEWSIS]
