Shinhan Bank expands its network in Cambodian capital
Shinhan Bank Tuesday said it opened a new branch office in Daun Penh district, a commercial neighborhood in the Cambodian capital of Phnom Penh.The Korean bank said the opening of the branch will help expand its local business. Shinhan Bank entered the Cambodian market in 2007 after establishing Shinhan Khmer Bank. Since then it has opened an Olympic branch and Teuk Thla branch, all within Phnom Penh.
The bank said with the opening of its latest branch, it has now established a network that connects major economic districts in Cambodia’s capital.
