Asiana Airlines employees volunteer in the Philippines

About 20 Asiana Airlines employees and executives carried out volunteer work in a small rural village in the Philippines from March 25 to 28, providing sanitary items and teaching Korean culture, including Taekwondo, to its residents.
In 2009, the company set up a relationship with the villagers living near the Mount Pinatubo volcano, which erupted in 1991.
Asiana employees have been consistently helping the tribe members since the ties were formed, providing a water purifying tank and public bathrooms, as well as building a pen to breed goats, in June 2012.
