False and groundless accusations toward Russia

The Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Korea is compelled to once again draw your attention to the fact that, despite our numerous resolute objections, your respectable daily continues publishing materials of foreign authors, containing rough attacks on Russia, as well as false and groundless accusations toward our country on the matters of so-called “annexation” of Crimea, “presence of the Russian troops in the southeast part of Ukraine,” and also intentionally distorting the substance of statements of the president of Russia about the true reasons of the events in Ukraine.

Thereupon we consider as unacceptable the publication in the Korea JoongAng Daily yet another article by the Ambassador of Ukraine V. Marmazov, containing stock phrases of the Ukrainian propaganda, roughly deforming the substance of the approaches of the Russian government to the situation in Ukraine and misleading the Korean readers.
