Luna of f(x) cast in film
Luna from girl group f(x) has been cast as the lead role in the upcoming children’s movie “Lightning Bolt Man,” which is expected to premiere in the second half of the year.The film is based on the EBS drama “Let’s Get Together Ding Dong Deng” in which the character Lightning Bolt Man appears in the lead.
In the drama series, Lightning Bolt Man is portrayed as a hero who protects an imaginary world named “Joyland.” Since the character was developed as a children’s hero in 2000, it has received huge popularity from younger audiences.
It is the first time for the 21-year-old celebrity to participate in a movie. However, she has appeared in various musicals, including “Legally Blonde” (2011) and “High School Musical” (2013).
