Ultra Korea returns with massive lineup

테스트

Ultra Korea 2015, the local iteration of Miami’s famed electronic music festival, is garnering attention with the ongoing release of this year’s lineup.

Held on June 12 and 13 at the Jamsil Sports Complex, the festival is increasing in popularity every year as more artists show up to represent their genres.

Top global musicians will be on the Main Stage, including Hardwell, who is currently ranked as the world’s No. 1 DJ by DJ Mag.

David Guetta, a two-time Grammy Award winning remixer, producer and DJ, will also perform along with Alesso, a Swedish DJ especially popular in Korea.

There will also be a Live Stage, where 2manydjs, a Belgium duo referred to as the godfathers of electronica, and Galantis, a Swedish duo who has collaborated with world stars such as Britney Spears and Icona Pop, will appear.

Artists who may be more familiar to the general public will also take the stage. Snoop Dogg, considered a living hip-hop legend, will excite the crowd, while Korea’s own CL - who cameoed on Ultra Miami’s Main Stage with Skrillex in March - will perform for fans in her home city.

Besides the Main and Live Stages, there will also be an Underground Stage exclusively for newcomers to showcase their skills.

In other words, this will be a chance for talented yet relatively unknown DJs and producers to connect with fans in one of the biggest and most famous settings in music today.

In addition, the festival will have a Magic Beach Stage for the first time this year. At this venue, the crowd can enjoy the relaxing grooves of Miami Beach as DJs and producers create the exotic and fun ambience right here in Seoul.

Tickets can be purchased at 1544-1681 or via online at U-Ticket, Hana Free Ticket, Auction, Yes24 or Interpark Ticket. For more information, visit www.umfkorea.com.
