All OLED
LG Display shows a range of digital gadgets using the company’s organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panels on Tuesday at the Nine Tree Convention Gwanghwamun in central Seoul. The company unveiled a set of curved displays as well as smart watches, smartphones and tablets using LG Display’s OLED panels. Unveiled for the first time was an OLED TV panel that can stick to a wall. The 55-inch wallpaper OLED panel can attach to a wall with a magnetic mat. LG Display President Yeo Sang-deok said the company will develop OLED technology as a future growth engine and expand investment to retain its position as the world’s leading maker of OLED panels.
