Korean Air announces it will jointly run 16 routes in Brazil
Korean Air said Tuesday it will start operating 16 domestic routes in Brazil in cooperation with Gol Linhas Aereas Inteligentes, the South American country’s No. 1 carrier, from June 11.Korean Air currently flies between Incheon, Korea and Sao Paulo, Brazil, and will run connecting flights to 16 destinations in the latter country, including Brasilia, Rio de Janeiro and Manaus. Gol runs 900 flights to 72 destinations. Korean Air said passengers with a Skypass membership can accrue mileage points if they use either airline.
