Hydrating ­- During her visit to the drought-stricken Ganghwa Island in Incheon, President Park Geun-hye supplies water on Sunday to a rice paddy using the hose from a fire truck. Farmers nationwide have struggled due to a severe drought this year. The situation is the worst in the Ganghwa area. As of Friday, the area’s accumulated precipitation for this year stood at only 41 percent of the average in previous years. [NEWSIS]
