Money troubles
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency announced on Wednesday that it had booked three people for attempting to distribute counterfeit American currency. Police said the suspects forged a thousand $100,000 notes, valued at 100 billion won ($80 million). That large a bill was only used in transactions between banks in 1934, and has never been available to the public. One of the counterfeit bills is pictured above.
