Volvo extends warranties on 2016 models to 5 years
Volvo Car Korea said Monday that it has extended the warranty offered to customers who buy any of the company’s 2016 models.The company had offered a three-year, 60,000-kilometer (37,280-mile) warranty, which will now be extended to five years or 100,000 kilometers.
The company also said it would supply consumable parts, including engine oil, oil filters, air conditioner filters, brake pads and windshield wiper blades at no charge during the warranty period.
“We decided to do this because we have strong faith in our product quality,” the company said in a statement.
