SG Wannabe to release a new album

The singing trio SG Wannabe has been confirmed to be releasing its first new album in four years.

The all-male act often described as the best vocal group will unveil their mini album, “The Voice,” at midnight on Aug. 19, according to their talent agency, CJ E&M, on Tuesday.

Music producer Cho Young-soo, who produced the group’s previous hits, worked on the new record.

In addition to announcing the new single, SG Wannabe also unveiled a teaser video on their official Facebook page.

After publicizing the album, the band is scheduled to hold solo concerts. They will carry out a concert tour across the nation in October in various regions, including Seoul, Daegu and Busan.

SG Wannabe’s first foray into music was in 2004 with their first album, “SG Wannabe+”. Since then, they have gained recognition through many hits, such as “Lalala,” “Timeless” and “Partner for Life,” firmly positioning themselves as skillful ballad singers.
