Calm before the storm

Fishing boats were moved onto a nearby road Monday from a dock in Songjeong village in Haeundae District, Busan, in preparation for Typhoon Goni’s approach toward the Korean Peninsula. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecast that the typhoon will pass through coastal waters off Busan and then head toward Ulleung Island in the East Sea today. It is expected to bring heavy rainfall nationwide today until Wednesday.[NEWSIS]
