New cast set for ‘Dad’ show

Professional golfer Park Se-ri and her father Park Jun-chul, along with veteran actor Lee Deok-hwa and his daughter Lee Ji-hyun, have been confirmed to be joining the SBS reality program “Take Care of My Dad,” according to a person affiliated with the program on Friday.

The new members will replace actor Kang Seok-woo and his daughter Kang Da-eun and actor Jo Min-ki and his daughter Cho Yoon-kyung, all of whom will step down from the variety program after their last episode airs on Sunday.

The golfer’s father is widely known to the public as a “Golf Daddy,” who turned his daughter into the queen of golf through his strict educational methods.

In addition, the prolific actor Lee previously introduced his daughter through the entertainment program “Healing Camp” in June. In fact, Park’s daughter has followed the path of her father and is working as an actress. A few of the projects that she has taken part in include “Incarnation of Money” (2013) and “Empress Gi” (2013-14).

“Take Care of My Dad” is an entertainment program that revolves around reflecting upon the daughter-father relationship. The program first launched in March.
