KBO says that double headers are possible

The Korea Baseball Organization (KBO) announced on Wednesday that the 70 games cancelled so far due to rain and five unscheduled games will be played from Sept. 15 to Oct. 3.

The KBO said that if those unplayed games are also cancelled due to bad weather, they will be played on reserve days in the backup schedule.

If teams cannot play on reserve days, double-headers will be staged.

The first game of the double headers will be played at 3 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and 2 p.m. on Sundays or holidays.

The second game will be played 20 minutes after the first ends.
