The extra holes started with four golfers after they were tied at 8-under in the regular rounds. Ahn was hot before entering the extra hole as she shot 5-under 67 in the final round.

Along with Ahn and Seo, Lee Jung-min and Lee Min-young also entered the playoff at the par-5 18th hole, but both Lees were knocked out after marking a par in the second extra hole where Ahn and Seo both had birdies. In the first extra hole, all four golfers had par.
