Workers from the Philippines load gunpowder into cylinders to prepare fireworks on a barge near Seonyudo Park on the Han River in Seoul on Wednesday. Hanwha Group will host the Seoul International Fireworks Festival in Hangang Park in Yeouido, Seoul, for 80 minutes starting from 7:20 p.m. on Saturday. Fireworks teams from the Philippines, the United States and Korea will shoot off about 100,000 rounds of fireworks into the night sky of Seoul. As the 13th annual event will cause traffic congestion around Yeouido, spectators are recommended not to drive their cars into Yeouido or the surrounding areas at the time. By Kim Sang-seon
