Jung Hyung-don back after illness
FNC Entertainment, the 37-year-old’s agency, said on Thursday in a press release that “Jung returned home on Sept. 27 and will participate in shooting [of TV shows] unless his condition worsens.”
Jung already finished filming on Wednesday for “Weekly Idol,” a cable show that hosts K-pop singers each week, and will soon rejoin the shooting of reality TV shows “Infinite Challenge” and “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator.”
The TV celebrity canceled all of his appearances after he was diagnosed with pneumonia on Sept. 18.
Although Jung debuted as a comedian in 2002, he is also much-loved as a popular TV host.
