Shin Seung-hun to sing ballad with actress

Singer-songwriter Shin Seung-hun, often dubbed the king of ballad songs, teased a forthcoming duet by himself and an actress on Monday through his official Facebook page.

Along with the teaser image, Dorothy Company, the singer’s agency, revealed that the actress is the most sought-after A-list actress.

The company added that this is the first time for Shin to sing a duet with a woman in 11 years.

The song will be included in Shin’s 11th regular album, titled "I Am & I Am." The album is set to be released on Oct. 29.

It will be the first new album from Shin in nine years.

The first part of Shin’s new album will be unveiled on Oct. 29, while the second part, which will also have six tracks, will be released early next month.

Shin, 47, debuted on the music scene in 1990 and instantly soared to stardom with his song “Reflection of You in Your Smile.”

The singer has had countless hits, including “I Believe,” “Sorry” and “Invisible Love,” and usually sings about love and loss.
