K.Will confirms radio departure

Singer K.Will announced last week that he was resigning from his position as host of the radio show “K.Will’s Great Radio.”

The 35-year-old balladeer revealed his decision to leave on air on Oct. 22.

“I will no longer host this show. I really loved this job but I want to try other things,” he said.

The singer hosted the live radio show from 10 p.m. to midnight every day for two years.

Broadcaster SBS recently confirmed the singer’s departure.

“His last show will be broadcast Nov. 1,” it said.

K.Will debuted in 2007.

His hits include “Please Don’t” and “I Need You.”

He is scheduled to hold concerts between Dec. 24 and 26 at Kyung Hee University in Hoegi-dong, northern Seoul.
