Relatives and friends see off the 4,500-ton Choe Yeong destroyer on Tuesday as it departs from Busan to the Gulf of Aden with troops in the anti-piracy Cheonghae Unit. The unit is best known for the 2011 Operation Dawn mission, in which the Navy rescued a Korean tanker that had been hijacked by Somali pirates.
