Sogeum yukhoe (salted raw beef)
300 grams (1 ½ cup) rump beef
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
20 grams (4 teaspoons) pear, sliced
20 grams (4 teaspoons) kiwi, sliced
1. Slice beef into thin strips. The width should be around
3 millimeters (1/8 of an inch).
2. Add salt, sugar, black pepper and sesame oil in the following
order, and mix all of them together.
3. Place the mixture on a plate, and garnish.
