Roy Kim to release new album next month
Singer-songwriter Roy Kim will return to the music scene with a new album in early December.
“He is currently shooting a music video somewhere in Seoul,” a music industry insider told Ilgan Sports, an affiliate of the Korea JoongAng Daily, on Friday.
The singer released his second regular album, “Home,” last October.
Kim was the winner of the fourth season of the popular TV audition show “Superstar K.”
After winning the contest, Kim debuted in 2013 with the digital single “Spring Spring Spring.”
Aside from releasing a new album, the 22-year-old singer will hold concerts between Dec. 18 and 20 at Baekyang Concert Hall in Yonsei University, located in Sinchon-dong, western Seoul.
Students who took the College Scholastic Ability Test are eligible for a 20 percent discount on concert tickets.
