Krystal takes steps to expand acting career
SM Entertainment, which represents the 21-year-old, said Saturday that the singer had landed a role in the Chinese drama “Graduation Season.”
Her most recent TV series, “My Lovely Girl,” aired last year.
By signing on for the show, Krystal is poised to accelerate her acting career in China.
The singer just began shooting for the film “Biyeon,” alongside Lay, a Chinese member of Exo. The movie will debut in theaters in China sometime next year.
F(x) released their regular fourth album “4 Walls” in October. The four-member girl band also plans to hold concerts on Jan. 30 and 31 at Seoul Olympic Park in Bangyi-dong, southwestern Seoul.
This is f(x)’s first solo concert since their debut in 2009.
