Singer-rapper Psy landed a cameo role in the upcoming Hong Kong-Chinese action film “From Vegas to Macau III,” which features Chow Yun Fat and Andy Lau.
The production team of the film unveiled a trailer featuring Psy on Monday.
In the video clip, Psy wears a white tuxedo and says, “I heard a lot about you - let’s do it,” as he exchanges greetings with Chow Yun Fat.
Psy’s role is reportedly a successful businessman, but the production team declined to give further details about Psy’s appearance, such as how much the singer got paid.
The film, which is set in a casino, will be released at theaters in China in February.
It is not decided yet whether the film will be released in Korea or not.
Meanwhile, Psy has rolled out a new regular album earlier this month, and “Daddy,” a title track from the album, has achieved nearly 60 million views on YouTube as of Wednesday.
The singer will wrap up the year with a three-day concert from Dec. 24 to 26 at Seoul Olympic Park in Songpa District, southeastern Seoul.
