Big Bang to mark New Year’s Eve in China

K-pop group Big Bang will wrap up the year by appearing at the year-end concert on the Chinese network Hunan TV.

YG Entertainment, the five-member boy group’s agency, said on Wednesday that the group will perform on the TV show, which is broadcast live Thursday night through Friday morning.

YG said Big Bang will be the final act on the TV music show, performing hits like “Bang Bang Bang,” “We Like to Party,” “Bad Boy” and “Fantastic Baby.”

The live music show is broadcast across the mainland.

On New Year’s Day, Big Bang will hold a fan meet event at Beijing MasterCard Center. Tickets sold out within five minutes.

After the fan meet event, Big Bang will fly to Osaka, Japan, for concerts from Jan. 9 to 11. In February, Big Bang will hold more concerts in Fukuoka and Tokyo.
