Taeyeon to appear on Chinese reality show
According to multiple industry insiders, Taeyeon will film the episode sometime in January.
The show brings the refrigerators of celebrities to the studio, and chefs compete to create dishes from the contents in 15 minutes.
Chinese broadcaster Tencent purchased the show format last year from JTBC, the show’s original broadcaster, and JTBC has collaborated on the production of the Chinese version.
Jackson, a member of the K-pop boy group Got7, co-hosts the Chinese version of the show along with Chinese actor and TV host He Jiong.
Taeyeon has had a busy year. She released her first solo album in October and earlier this month released a digital single with Taetiseo, a spin-off group of Girls’ Generation.
