Two new hosts to join ‘Sseoljeon’ on JTBC

Rhyu Si-min, a former health minister and an advocate of the liberal Roh Moo-hyun administration, and conservative lawyer Jun Won-tchack will join the popular TV show “Sseoljeon” on JTBC as critics representing the liberal and conservative sides of politics.

“Sseoljeon,” meaning talk fight, is hosted by TV celebrity Kim Gu-ra and it is popular for its blunt discussion of current issues because two critics who have different political opinions criticize opposing parties.

JTBC said on Monday that Rhyu and Jun finished recording the first episode recently.

The two are replacing political critic Lee Cheol-hee and the former politician Lee Jun-seok.

The first episode featuring the two new critics will hit the air on Thursday at 10:50 p.m.
