Hani to host ‘3 Great Emperors’

Hani, a member of the K-pop girl group EXID, will join the popular TV show “Baek Jong-won’s 3 Great Emperors” as a host.
The 24-year-old singer already finished the shooting for the food show, in which Baek Jong-won, a TV personality and a businessman who owns dozens of franchise restaurants, explores best the eateries across the nation and highlights three places each week.
The themes for each week varies from jokbal, or pig trotters cooked in sweet sauce, to sweet and sour pork.
“We needed a young female host who can represent female viewers in their 20s, and we thought Hani is a best fit,” the show’s production team said in a press release Friday.
The production team added that Hani enjoyed her first shooting by gorging on food, because three top eateries are invited over to the studio each week to cook for the show’s hosts.
With the addition of Hani, “Baek Jong-won’s 3 Great Emperors” has changed its airing time and day to every Saturday at 6:10 p.m. on SBS.
