Older brother in Lotte group drops an injunction

Shin Dong-joo, the older brother of the Lotte Group controlling family has dropped an injunction against Lotte Shopping. According to Shin Dong-joo’s company, SDJ Corporation, on Tuesday, it dropped the injunction after Lotte Shopping handed over 16,000 pages of accounting and related documents. The older brother accused Lotte Shopping and his younger brother Shin Dong-bin, chairman of Lotte Group, for fabricating losses in China.
