The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport unveiled the banner for the ministry’s New Stay special team at the government complex in Sejong City on Tuesday. The team will focus exclusively on New Stay policies, which will provide long-term housing rentals built by private companies for mainly middle- and low-income households. The apartments are meant to be of good quality and affordable, in hopes of stabilizing the jeonse (lump-sum rent deposit) market. [NEWSIS]
