Cast announced for new drama ‘Babysitter’Shin Yoon-joo, Kim Min-joon and Cho Yeo-Jeong have been cast in the four-episode drama “Babysitter,” according to the show’s producer.
Shin Yoon-joo will play a role for which Goo Ha-ra had been a strong candidate. Her character, Jang Seok-ryu, is a 24-year-old nanny who is fluent in multiple languages and has charming looks. However, Jang’s talent and attractive appearance give her more trouble than benefits.
Making a comeback to the TV screen after five years, Kim Min-joon will play an attractive husband who gets into a suspicious relationship with Jang Seok-ryu.
Cho Yeo-jeong will play a mother of twin daughters. The characters’ interesting backgrounds are a major source of intrigue for the drama, according to the producer. Cho’s role, reportedly, differs from her previous characters.
Although the drama is a mere fill-in for another drama that ended prematurely, its well-written script and story line are reportedly being viewed highly within broadcasting circles.
The program will debut on KBS on March 14.
