Yoon Mi-rae, SM release new song
Hip-hop diva Yoon Mi-rae has released a new digital single as part of SM Entertainment’s “Station” project.Yoon is the third artist to be featured after Taeyeon of Girls’ Generation and D.O. of Exo.
The head of SM Entertainment, Lee Soo-man, has consistently praised the singer for her heartfelt delivery of songs and musical prowess, and expressed his wish to do a project together. To grant his wish, Yoon decided to work with Lee.
The resulting song, “Because of You,” has a mellow tune and talks about the love of friends and family.
Yoon and SM Entertainment recorded the song at The Village recording studio in Los Angeles with a 30-member orchestra to boost its quality.
The music video for the song, which was released simultaneously on Thursday, shows the production process that took place in Korea and the United States.
