To March 31: Genji, Millennium Seoul Hilton’s Japanese restaurant, is pleased to announce a special Sushi promotion during the month of March. Diners can choose from a Sushi Set Menu (KW108,000) or a California Maki Roll Menu (88,000 won) to satisfy their Japanese cuisine cravings! The Sushi Set Menu will start off with an assortment of three appetizers served with condiments, followed by a spinach salad with ginger dressing. Then a sushi selection featuring Doro, Lobster, Trout, Halibut, Roe Sea Urchin, Aralia and Sheel will be served along with Miso soup and pickles. Following that, diners will enjoy buckwheat noodle soup, and the meal will finish off with assorted sliced fruits. The California Maki Roll Set Menu will start off with an assortment of three appetizers with condiments and a Japanese Tofu Salad. Following that, diners will receive a California Roll Selection (8 pcs) including Rainbow Roll, California Maki, Spider Maki, and Sashimi Maki. The set also comes with fried shrimp and eel and plain Udong soup. To finish off the meal, sliced fresh fruits will be served. Firstly, the “Blooming Walkerhill” package includes an overnight stay, breakfast, and the voucher for use at Tasty Box, the eco-friendly concept cafe built from shipping containers. The cafe offers a range of light snacks and desserts from handmade sausages to ice cream. For guests staying before March 26, an exchange ticket for The Deli’s pound cake will be offered instead of the Tasty Box voucher. The package varies by type of rooms. “Blooming I” offers a one-night stay in the Douglas Room with a light breakfast at its exclusive lounge. Blooming II” offers a one-night stay in the Deluxe Room with a breakfast at The Buffet. On the other hand, “Blooming Festive” only runs from April 1 to April 30. You can taste five different spring menus from authentic kaiseki, sushi, tempura to robatayaki and more. ‘Spring Flavor at Chef’s Table’ features five spring cuisine selections; Kaiseki Course by Chef Jung, Spring Special by Chef Ha, Sushi Set by Chef Ki, Tempura Set by Chef Shin, and Robatayaki Course by Chef Choi. The five chefs are bringing spring under their names. Kaiseki Course by Chef Jung consists of nine different premium authentic Japanese banquet menus, including sashimi, grilled fish, steamed tilefish, assorted fried vegetables, sushi, and more. Spring Special by Chef Ha includes fruitful sashimi, grilled fish, steamed dish, tempura, main meal, and more. In addition, the Sushi Set by Chef Ki features eight special sushi selections and shrimp, sea eel, abalone, and a variety of tempura platter in the Tempura Set by Chef Shin.
