Stephen Marley teams up with Korean group

Stephen Marley, the son of legendary reggae artist Bob Marley, has teamed up with the Korean reggae group Skull & Haha.

The group’s management company announced Wednesday that Marley is taking part in their project “With” as the first overseas artist. The project involves co-producing songs with big-name musicians from across the world.

The song is titled “Love Inside.” Marley not only participated in production but also sang and appeared in the music video. According to the agency, Yoo Gun-hyung, the composer of the mega-hit song “Gangnam Style,” took charge of composing and editing as well.

The Jamaican-American musician is the second son of Bob Marley, who was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1994. The younger Marley is a six-time Grammy Award winner himself.

“Marley is obsessed with perfection,” the agency said. “Once he heard the demo of the song, he gladly agreed to hop on board.”

The teaser for the song and music video is scheduled to be released next Tuesday. The short video reportedly will include Marley singing.
