Eric Nam releases 2nd mini-album, ‘Interview’
Singer Eric Nam has unveiled his second mini-album, “Interview,” at a so-called comeback showcase held on Wednesday.
At the event, reporters asked the TV personality many questions regarding his past activities. Nam conducted several interviews in the past of foreign celebrities, including Hungarian model Barbara Palvin and American entertainer Jamie Foxx.
The singer’s outstanding interviewing skills sometimes overshadowed his musical prowess. The title of the album, “Interview,” connotes his ambition to step up as a singer instead of an interviewer, for which he is remembered as just as well.
When asked by a reporter what kind of singer he wants to be remembered as, he replied, “A singer who is willing to take on challenges.”
“Being a good person is another thing I want to be, but that is an enormous challenge, in and of itself,” he added.
The singer also performed several songs from the new album, including, “Interview” and “Good for You.”
“Good for You” relates to Nam’s own experience as a singer and a man. It has many encouraging messages for people living difficult lives.
The Korean-American star, born and raised in Atlanta, kicked off his latest comeback on the music program “M Countdown” on Mnet at midnight on Thursday.
