May 14-15: Beautiful Mint Life, a festival that welcomes spring in Seoul, is marking its seventh anniversary. It aims to provide people with the opportunity to enjoy a peaceful weekend with acoustic sounds.
The finalized list of artists includes Roy Kim, No Reply, Broccoli You Too, Standing Egg, Kim Sawol, Acoustic Collabo, J Rabbit and more. This event is the perfect chance to relax in the nice weather with good music.
The festival starts at 11 a.m. and performances start at noon.
Tickets cost 77,000 won for one-day entry and 123,000 won for two-day entry.

2016 GREENPLUGGED SEOUL 2016
Nanji Hangang Park
May 21-22: In addition to previously announced acts including Guckkasten, No Brain, Rose Motel, Lee Seung-hwan, Crying Nut and Coffee Boy, the festival has recently added more than 40 artists to the lineup, including Loco, Gray, Oh Ji-eun and Saltnpaper.
The festival started in 2010 with the aim of enabling people to share their ideas for making the world a better place; it is also known for using environmentally friendly strategies and inviting lesser-known artists.
The festival runs from noon to 10 p.m.
Tickets cost 77,000 won for one-day entry and 119,000 won for two-day entry.

Jamsil Stadium
June 10-12: Originally from Miami, this electronic music festival is celebrating the fifth year of its Seoul edition.
Unlike in previous years, this time, the festival will run for three days with 100 acts in the lineup. Star DJs such as Afrojack, Avicii - who helped make electronic dance music mainstream - Axwell, Ingrosso and Martin Garrix will perform, along with other acts that will be revealed in the future.
The timetable and schedule will be announced soon.
Tickets cost 200,000 won for three-day entry at the early bird price.

JISAN VALLEY ROCK MUSIC & ARTS FESTIVAL
Jisan Forest Resort
July 22-24: Listed as one of the 50 greatest summer rock festivals by CNN in 2013, the festival this year has invited global acts such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Travis and Squarepusher. Korean artists Hyukoh, Guckkasten, and Kim Sawol X Kim Haewon will also hit the stage.
The festival takes place at the scenic Jisan Forest Resort in Icheon, Gyeonggi, where attendees can enjoy both music and nature.
First-round tickets are on sale for 195,000 won for three-day entry.
WATERBOMB 2016

July 30: If you are looking for a unique chance to enjoy music and leisure together, WaterBomb 2016 is the event for you. The music festival will also feature a water fight, right in the midst of the hot summer. Even the performers will take part in the water battle.
The lineup will include Korea’s hottest hip-hop and electronic music stars, such as Jessi, Loco, DJ Koo (Koo Jun Yup), Simon Dominic and Gray.
Early bird tickets are now on sale. Tickets cost 55,000 won at the early bird price.
