Norwegian Prime Minister Erna Solberg, left, and Korean President Park Geun-hye pose in the Blue House on Friday before a bilateral meeting. They signed a memorandum of understanding that will boost ties in developing eco-friendly technologies in the shipping, offshore plant and carbon dioxide capturing industries.
