Twice, Red Velvet singers join ‘War of Vocal’
Members of the K-pop girl groups Twice and Red Velvet will appear on the new SBS music entertainment program “War of Vocals: The Voice of God.”Show officials announced Wednesday that Seulgi and Joy of Red Velvet and Tzuyu and Ji-hyo of Twice are joining the shoot today.
“War of Vocals: The Voice of God” is a competition show on which amateur singers face off with a professional singer after being voted through by the audience in the first round and a panel of judges in the second round.
Reportedly, Tzuyu has been passionate about making an appearance on the show after hearing about the show from her fellow group members, who appeared previously. Members of Red Velvet also reportedly expressed their excitement to be involved.
Meanwhile, the group Twice has been releasing teaser images ahead of their imminent comeback. The group is scheduled to make their return at midnight on Monday with the mini-album “Cheer Up.”
