Hyundai Card launches its popular Gourmet Week

Hyundai Card, which is known for sponsoring cultural events such as Paul McCartney’s concert in Seoul, announced Tuesday it is kicking off its 18th Gourmet Week in Seoul and Busan which starts on May 27.

The event, which is considered the biggest fine dining festival in the country and offers up to 50 percent discounts for Hyundai Card subscribers of the platinum level or higher, is celebrating its 11th anniversary this year.

The discounts are limited to a single person and to one meal a day. The 60 or so restaurants participating in the events are located in popular districts in Busan and Seoul, including the posh Cheongdam-dong, Seoraemaeul, Garosu-gil areas, all south of the Han River, as well as Itaewon, Gwanghwamun and Samcheong-dong on the northern side.

Participating restaurants include La Saveur in Seoraemaeul, Elbon the Table, BLT Stake and Kioku at the Four Seasons in central Seoul. Hyundai Card users can make reservations through Hyundai Card’s My Menu app on their smartphones.
