Yoon Park to try his hand at theater acting
Actor Yoon Park is making a foray into theater.YG Entertainment, the actor’s agency, said Monday that the 29-year will join the cast of the play “Mangwon-dong Brothers,” which depicts four men who happen to live in a small rooftop room together.
The play, based on a novel of the same title, first premiered in 2014 and has received rave reviews for its realistic portrayal of men in their 20s to their 50s.
Yoon began his acting career in 2012 and has appeared in such drama series as “Please Come Back, Mister” (2016) and “Queen’s Flower” (2015).
The play will be staged from July 15 to Aug. 21 at Mapo Art Center in central Seoul.
