Mamamoo will hold its first solo concert
The event, “2016 MAMAMOO CONCERT-moosical,” is scheduled to take place at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, southeastern Seoul, for two days on Aug. 13 and 14.
Around 3,000 tickets will be available for the girl group’s fans to enjoy the performance.
The concert is significant in that Mamamoo is now the girl group that will have staged a solo concert within the shortest time of its debut.
Many of Mamamoo’s fans have been waiting for this concert, as the group is well-known for the members’ singing talent.
Tickets for the show will be available for preorder exclusively for the group’s fan club members via Interpark, an e-commerce giant, on June 20.
Tickets will then become available to the general public on June 22 also through Interpark.
Mamamoo debuted in June 2014 with the track “Mr. Ambiguous.” Ever since, the girl group has had numerous hit songs such as “Um Oh Ah Yeah,” “Piano Man” and “You’re the Best.”
