‘Money 5’ rappers slated for Jisan festival

Many rappers from “Show Me the Money 5” have been confirmed for the Jisan Valley Rock Music & Arts Festival, including the most recent winner, BewhY, a source close to the festival revealed Monday.

BewhY will be joined by C Jamm and Reddy, who also generated buzz on the survival audition program, at the event to be held Friday to Sunday in Icheon, Gyeonggi.

Rappers from last year’s all-women version of the program, “Unpretty Rap Star 2” (2015), are also scheduled to perform, including Heize and Truedy.

All will reportedly take the stage on Saturday, but specific times have yet to be announced.

“Show Me the Money 5” finished last week with a battle between high school friends BewhY and C Jamm in the final round on Friday.

The two gained particular attention for their skills compared to other participants. Many of the songs they performed on the program went on to dominate major music streaming services.
