Kim Hyun-joo confirmed for ‘Fantastic’
Actress Kim Hyun-joo has been confirmed for a new JTBC drama tentatively titled “Fantastic.”In the upcoming romantic comedy, Kim will play a renowned drama screenwriter suffering from a terminal illness with only five months to live.
“Kim is expected to portray the character in her own way through her unique acting style,” said a source from the drama’s production team.
The new series will hit the air in early September after “Age of Youth” completes.
Since the actress debuted in 1997, she has starred in numerous dramas including “What Happens to My Family?” (2014-15) and “Cruel Palace: War of Flowers” (2013).
The upcoming series will be her first since “I Have a Lover,” which aired in the early part of this year.
