Jeon Hye-bin to star in ‘Noodle’

테스트

Actress Jeon Hye-bin will star in a new KBS drama tentatively titled “A Woman from the Noodle Restaurant.”

The upcoming series will revolve around a woman, Jeon, who runs a noodle restaurant with her aunt in Andong, North Gyeongsang, after her life in Seoul becomes unsatisfying. Jeon gradually falls in love with a man, who can’t give up his dream of becoming a novelist.

The male lead will be played by actor Park Byung-eun. Jeon and Park will be joined by co-star Sim Yi-young.

The new project is scheduled to hit the air in October.

The upcoming drama will be Jeon’s first since the popular series “Oh Hae-young Again,” which ran from May to June.

The celebrity originally debuted as a singer in 2002, but eventually expanded to acting. Although she starred in several dramas like “Gunman in Joseon” (2014) and “Queen of the Office” (2013), she was not hugely popular until “Oh Hae-young Again,” which saw an average viewership rating of 10 percent.
