EXID performs at ‘ChinaJoy 2016’
The two-day event, which finishes today, is being held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center.
EXID are staging two performances in front of some 300,000 people in total. Songs include hits like “Up and Down,” “L.I.E” and “Hot Pink.”
This is the first time a K-pop group has performed at the Chinese festival, which began in 2004. .
EXID debuted in 2012 but unexpectedly shot to fame last year with their single “Up and Down,” which had been originally released in 2014.
Since then, the group has released singles like “Ah Yeah” and “Hot Pink,” as well as the regular album “Street.”
Although the date has not yet been confirmed, EXID is reportedly planning a new release for later this year.
